The AWR knowledge Base is a collection of information under a single interface and search engine. This Knowledge Base is frequently updated with new material. We provide an RSS feed to all users to easily see what content is new.

The Knowledge Base includes:

1. Videos - Short videos on how to accomplish specific tasks and longer videos for training on specific topics.
2. Examples - A single listing of all the examples shipped with the AWR installer and others only available on the Knowledge Base.
3. Scripts - Downloadable scripts written by the AWR technical staff. These scripts include simple scripts to demonstrate some scripting constructs as well as more complex scripts that accomplish specific tasks.
4. Solution Finders - Step-by-step guides to solve problems (licensing problems, understanding error messages, etc).
5. Application Notes - Articles written by the AWR technical staff to help you understand how to use the software.
6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) - Answers to common customer questions.
7. Release Notes - Archive of release notes for previous versions of AWR software.
