Getting Started Guides
Get the latest Installation and Getting Started Guides for Microwave Office, Visual System Simulator, and Analog Office. They will take you through some basic exercises to introduce how to use the AWR tools. These guides, as well as full production documentation, are available from the Documentation Downloads page. You can access the Getting Started Guide directly from AWR software. Select Help > Getting Started from the AWR design environment menus to open the Getting Started Guides.

Quick Reference
You can access the Quick Reference Guide directly from AWR software. Please select Help > Quick Reference from the AWR design environment menus to open a Quick Reference Guide. This guide is a collection of commonly used commands organized by category (schematic, layout, etc). You can use this as a reference, or you can use this menu to open your custom reference guide.
Online Help
While running AWR software, you can select Help > Contents and Index to open up the documentation for the AWR design environment. You will find the detailed product documentation here. You can find descriptions for each measurement and model here (also available by clicking the Help button for each items dialog box) as well as descriptions of what the simulators do and more.
API Reference
A "must have" reference for anyone working with the API for AWR. This website includes a view of all the objects you can control from the API. It also includes an excellent guide to the API with many examples of how to access different information.
Design Examples
This website link is a reference point for all the examples included in the standard AWR software installation. When you click on any example on this site, it will display details of what is in that example and where to find the example. This provides a quick way to find interesting examples without having to open and simulate them. The examples at this web link are organized the same way they are organized in the software itself. Please select Help > Examples to access the top level directory of examples directly from the software environment.
