Modelithics CLR Model Library
Modelithics, Inc. develops characterization data and computer models for radio frequency (RF) and microwave (MW) components such as semiconductor devices, RF and microwave integrated circuits (RFICs and MMICs), discrete and monolithic inductors, capacitors, resistors, amplifiers, mixers, filters, etc. The models are reliable parameterized representations that can easily be inserted into the Microwave Office® design suite. Modelithics' characterization and model products help design engineers achieve rapid design success. Test capabilities span from 30 kHz to 110 GHz, and include S-parameters, noise parameters, DC and pulsed IV and load/source pull for power efficiency and intermodulation distortion.
