AWR Gifts Software to IMS 2011 Power Amplifier and Wideband Balun Student Design Contest Participants and Winners

AWR® Corporation, the innovation leader in high-frequency EDA, announced today that it will gift fully-functional, one-year, personal-use term licenses of its popular Microwave Office™and Visual System Simulator™ (VSS) software suites--inclusive of AXIEM® 3D planar EM software--to the top 3 winners / winning teams of the International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2011 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier and Wideband Balun Student Design Competitions. This annual competition challenges students to apply design techniques learned in the classroom to create a novel product.
