AWR Corporation and CapeSym will jointly demonstrate AWR Connected™ for CapeSym SYMMIC at Compound Semiconductor IC Symposium (CSICS) on October 4-5, in Monterey, CA. This new AWR Connected product allows high-power RF designers to perform thermal analysis on monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) that are first designed within the AWR Microwave Office® (MWO) design environment. The combination of AWR's MWO high-frequency design platform and CapeSym's easy-to-use SYMMIC templates produce unparalleled electrical/thermal design-stage analysis of high-power RF components.
