TriQuint Includes AWR® “MMIC Design for Microwave Office®” Course at its Annual MMIC Technology and Design Class

AWR's "Introduction to Microwave Office for MMIC Design" course will be part of TriQuint Semiconductor Foundry Services' annual MMIC Technology and Design Class that will be held November 3 to 6 at the company's headquarters in Hillsboro, OR. This comprehensive three-day training event gives designers an extensive array of information about getting the most from the foundry services experience.
AWR's half-day, high-frequency MMIC design class will be presented on Friday, November 6 from 8:30 a.m. to noon. It is tailored to helping designers learn how to optimize the MMIC design flow using Microwave Office software with process design kits (PDKs) for TriQuint's GaAs pHEMT foundry processes to ensure a smooth transition from design to fabrication.
