AWR Expands Weekly Web Training Classes
El Segundo, CA - April 28, 2011
What:
Beginning in May, AWR® Corporation will expand its weekly web training sessions currently aimed at new users of its software products, namely Microwave Office™ (MWO) and AXIEM®, to include more in-depth topics that showcase AWR's electromagnetic (EM) and harmonic balance technology. New topics include:
- Getting Started with Microwave Office (Jumpstart Training)
- Tips and Tricks with EM Ports
- Setting-up Harmonic Balance in Microwave Office
All web training courses are developed and hosted by Dr. John Dunn, a senior applications engineer at AWR. Before joining AWR, he was head of the interconnect modeling group at Tektronix and a professor of electrical engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he led a research group in EM simulation and modeling. Dr. Dunn received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in applied physics from Harvard University and is a senior member of IEEE.
