CST develops and markets high performance software for the simulation of electromagnetic fields in all frequency bands. Its success is based on the implementation of unique, leading edge technology in a user-friendly interface. CST's customers operate in industries as diverse as Telecommunications, Defense, Automotive, Electronics, and Medical Equipment, and include market leaders such as IBM, Intel, Mitsubishi, Samsung, and Siemens. With more than 160 employees worldwide and a network of qualified distributors, over 200 people are dedicated to the development and support of its EM products in more than 30 countries.
EM3DS (Electromagnetic 3D Solver) is a novel, full-featured, frequency-domain full-wave simulation tool tailored to efficiently accomplish the analysis of quasi-planar structures – specifically planar structures over complex substrates, where the finite conductors' thickness and the dielectric discontinuities are accounted for with no compromise – thus, rendering EM3DS a full 3D tool. EM3DS has now the ability to be accessed directly from the AWR Microwave Office suite. EM3Ds 6.2 embodies in fact two EM solvers-2.5D & 3D. Which solver to use is rested upon the designers choice and it is a simple click to shift the mode of operation. The speed is increased in 2.5D mode by a factor varying from 50% up to more than 300%.
MiCIAN µWave Wizard is a the fast, user-friendly mode-matching synthesis and optimization (EM) CAD tool for the complete class of rectangular and circular waveguide networks. The efficient (EM) CAD software allows the accurate design of a comprehensive class of rectangular and circular waveguide components. µWave Wizard software provides exact synthesis, analysis and optimization of waveguide networks. MiCIAN also offers EM design services for customized designs of all rectangular, circular, ridged and coaxial waveguide components and of antenna structures.
OEA International, Inc. designs and licenses state-of-the art signal integrity software for the electronic computer aided design (ECAD) industry. OEA's software is designed to be extremely high performance and handle very complex models with a high degree of accuracy. OEA products are used to substantially increase engineering productivity and first time success in the design of interconnect and packaging technologies for sophisticated electronic systems and integrated circuits. The company has secured the extraction accuracy leadership role by working closely with major IC and system companies using the most modern process technologies available. Through these relationships, the company has applied it 3D extraction expertise to provide a family of critical net design tools, signal integrity analysis tools, and RF component design tools. Some of the world's most advanced design facilities use OEA tools for detailed analysis and design of high-speed clocks, buses, I/O rings, and power grids.
Sonnet Software provides commercial EDA software solutions for high-frequency electromagnetic analysis. Sonnet customers span the world, and use our electromagnetic simulation software for design and analysis of high-frequency circuits, distributed filters, transitions, LTCC and multi-layer RF packages, waveguides and antennas. Sonnet software products have wide application in the fields of microwave and mm-wave design, EMC and EMI analysis. Since 1983, Sonnet has set the industry standard in accuracy and quality in high-frequency planar EM analysis software.
Vector Fields Ltd. provides engineering software for electromagnetic design for use in a wide range of applications from microwave and RF components and antennas to superconducting magnets, motors and accelerators. Vector Fields is a wholly owned subsidiary of the aerospace group, Cobham plc (www.cobham.com). It operates from its head office in Oxford, UK, its USA office in Aurora, IL and through an international network of distributors. Vector Fields software is used by over 2000 customers worldwide, including many of the world’s major technology groups.
Since its inception in 1992, Zeland Software has been recognized as a leading developer to provide unparalleled high-frequency electromagnetic simulation and design tools for microwave, semiconductor, wireless, and telecom industries, government laboratories, and universities around the world. As Zeland's flagship product, the moment-method based EM simulation and optimization package IE3D has become a standard tool in the design of MMICs, RFICs, LTCC circuits, IC interconnects and packages, HTS circuits, microstrip antennas, wire antennas, and other RF/wireless antennas.
